Trust Head of Primary School Improvement

In order to meet the needs of our current schools and schools that choose to join us we are looking to recruit a full time Head of Primary School Improvement.

Purpose of the Role

The core purpose of the role is to support and challenge primary schools to provide the best possible Catholic including strong and sustainable and inclusive school improvement through highly effective support and challenge.

Until a Trust Director of Education is appointed the Head of Primary SchoolImprovement will be accountable directly to the CEO and the Board of Trustees.

We have a distinctive way of working recognising the identity and tradition of each individual school and the unique job of being a headteacher whilst at the same time providing high support and challenge within a family of need. The Head of Primary School Improvement will work closely with school leaders and governors in supporting them to deliver the best possible Catholic education for the pupils they serve.

We are looking for an experienced primary leader who is committed to Catholic education, our Mission and Values. We want to recruit someone who will have the respect of our leaders and who will help them drive continuous improvement in their schools. Pay Scale:  L24–L28 (starting point related to experience; scale to be reviewed as the Trust grows)
