Staff Well-being and Benefits

Our staff are incredibly important to us. At Pope Francis CMAT, we have a strong culture of staff development and recognise that, in order to provide the best possible environment for our pupils, it is vital that we invest in and support all teachers, support staff and leaders.

The academic, social, and emotional wellness of students is strongly impacted by staff wellbeing, which is enabled through a supportive school community.

“We understand that happy teachers and staff make for better learners and students that want to be at school” - Andrew Dawson, CEO.

We support our staff with a variety of services, and we also partner with companies to enhance our staff benefits. To access any of these services, please click the links below, or get in touch with your School Business Manager if you have any questions about our staff support offering.
